Dr Adnan Albursh, a senior Doctor at Shifa hospital, was killed by Israeli forces in Ofer jail on 19th April. Dr Albursh was arrested from Awda hospital in the north of Gaza with a group of paramedics in December, 2023 after being sieged at Shifa, Kamal Odwan and Indonesian hospitals. He was exposed to harsh investigation by Israeli occupation forces. During the Israeli war against Gaza, Dr Albursh was injured at the Indonesian hospital after being attacked by Israel forces. Dr Albursh insisted on being with patients serving them and refused leaving to the south of Gaza after being released from Shifa hospital.
It’s worth mentioning that the Israeli occupation forces have killed 492 from the paramedics staff since the start of the war against Gaza on the 7th October.
